Welcome to Feelaxo.com (website/Mobile Apps), operated by “Welltech Lifestyle” (“company”, “we”, “our”, “us). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our marketplace platform, including all features, tools, services, and content provided through Feelaxo.com.
By accessing or using Feelaxo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.
- Marketplace Role
Feelaxo is a technology platform that connects customers with salons, spas, and wellness businesses (“Business Owners”). We do not own or operate the services listed on the platform. All service fulfilment is the responsibility of the respective Business Owner.
- Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Feelaxo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
- Listings & Appointments
- Business Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, prices, schedules, and policies.
- Customers can browse and book appointments through Feelaxo.
- Booking confirmation is shared via the platform and/or via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Payments
- Payments (if applicable) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Feelaxo may collect service fees or commissions, disclosed before transaction completion.
- All financial information is handled securely as per our Privacy Policy.
- Collecting payment from customer by business owner at the business location must maintain their digital wallet for all the business & commission transaction available at our platform.
- Cancellations & Refund Policy
We understand plans may change. The following Refund Policy applies to customer appointment cancellations:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- If you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: Full refund (if pre-payment was made).
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment: Partial refund (e.g., 50% of the amount) — business owner may retain a late cancellation fee.
- If you do not show up or cancel after the appointment start time: No refund.
- Business Owner-Initiated Cancellation:
- If a Business Owner cancels, customers are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
- Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
Note: Refund terms may vary by Business Owner. Feelaxo facilitates the refund process but final responsibility lies with the service provider.
- Responsibilities of Business Owners
- Maintain valid licenses and permits required to provide listed services.
- Ensure that service quality and safety meet applicable legal and industry standards.
- Keep availability, prices, and business information updated.
- Handle customer disputes in good faith.
- Responsibilities of Customers
- Provide accurate contact and appointment details.
- Arrive on time for booked appointments.
- Respect the business’s policies and staff.
- Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Post false or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
- Limitation of Liability
Feelaxo is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by Business Owners.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Our maximum liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the total fees paid to Feelaxo for the specific transaction in question.
- Changes to the Platform
We may modify or discontinue features, services, or Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

While we take all complaints regarding our Partners very seriously and will make reasonable efforts to help resolve them, we are not responsible for the Partner Services themselves. We are under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or any other compensation if you are dissatisfied with the services provided by a Partner.
Business Listing Agreement

This Business Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
- Feelaxo.com (“Feelaxo”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Welltech Lifestyle, and
- The Business Owner (“Partner”, “you”, “your”) who lists business and services on Feelaxo’s marketplace.
By registering your business and listing services on Feelaxo, you agree to the following terms:
- Purpose
Feelaxo provides a technology platform that enables Partners to list their services (e.g., salon, spa, wellness treatments) and enables customers to discover, book, and pay for those services. Feelaxo does not own or operate your business — you remain solely responsible for your operations and service delivery.
- Partner Responsibilities

- Accuracy of Listings: You agree to provide accurate business information, service descriptions, pricing, schedules, staff details, and policies.
- Legal Compliance: You agree to maintain all licenses, permits, and insurance required by law to offer the listed services.
- Service Quality: You remain fully responsible for the quality, safety, and outcome of services provided to customers.
- Customer Care: You agree to handle customer queries, complaints, and disputes in good faith and within reasonable time.
- Updates: You will promptly update Feelaxo regarding any changes to availability, pricing, or policies that affect customer bookings.
- Feelaxo Responsibilities

- Platform Access: We provide a secure, easy-to-use marketplace for listing and managing your services.
- Customer Reach: We enable customers to discover and book your services online.
- Payment Processing: We facilitate payments through trusted third-party gateways and remit amounts to you (less applicable fees/commissions).
- Basic Support: We provide general platform support and assist with resolving technical or payment-related issues.
- Fees & Payments

- You agree that Feelaxo may charge a service fee or commission on bookings, as mutually agreed during onboarding or updated with notice.
- Payments will be remitted to you within [X business days] after the successful appointment, minus applicable fees, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Any taxes, GST, or other levies on your earnings are your responsibility.
- Cancellations & Refunds

- You must clearly define your cancellation and refund policy (within Feelaxo’s general framework).
- If you cancel an appointment, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.
- If the customer cancels, refunds will follow the policy displayed on the booking page at the time of confirmation.
- Disputes will be handled in good faith, with Feelaxo acting as a facilitator, not an arbitrator.
- Data Protection & Privacy

- Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., India’s DPDP Act, GDPR if relevant).
- You may access customer contact information only to fulfill appointments and may not use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
- Feelaxo may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, platform improvement, and industry insights.
- Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of your business name, logos, and service materials.
- You grant Feelaxo a non-exclusive license to display your content (e.g., logos, service descriptions, images, your staff, reviews, contact, address) on the platform for marketing and operational purposes.
- We may post your business information, services offers on our social media and partners platform for business marketing
- Term & Termination

- This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.
- Feelaxo may suspend or terminate listings immediately for policy violations, legal issues, fraudulent activities, or harm to customer trust.
- Termination does not affect any outstanding payments, refunds, or obligations incurred before the termination date.
- Limitation of Liability
Feelaxo is not responsible for:

- Any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from services you provide.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees retained by Feelaxo for the specific transaction in question.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with Feelaxo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements related to the subject matter.
By listing your business on Feelaxo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
Uses of the Feelaxo Software (SaaS) Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Feelaxo cloud-based salon & spa management software (the “Service”), provided by Welltech Lifestyle (“Feelaxo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By subscribing to or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
Uses of the Software
The Software is provided to you for the sole purpose of managing your salon, spa, or wellness business.

You may use the Software to:

Manage appointments, staff schedules, and customer records.

Create and update service listings, pricing, and promotional offers.

Process payments, generate reports, and track business performance.

Send appointment reminders, promotional messages, and other permitted communications to your customers.
Integrate with approved third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways) as available within the Software.
You may not use the Software to:
- Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
- Send spam, offensive, or non-consented marketing messages.
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass security features of the Software.
- Offer the Software to others as a service, or resell or sublicense it without our written permission.
- License Grant
- Feelaxo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the software without prior written consent.
- Subscription Fees & Payment
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with fees payable in advance as per the plan selected.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 3 (Refund Policy).
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
- Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, but due to the nature of SaaS products:
- Refunds are provided only in cases of:
- Double charges or incorrect billing errors.
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription
- No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle once the subscription is active and running.
- Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration, billing, and business information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Ensure any uploaded content (e.g., customer data, photos) does not violate third-party rights or laws.
- Data Protection & Privacy
- Feelaxo processes business and customer data as per our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your data; Feelaxo may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and platform improvements.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your customers for storing or processing their data in the system.
- Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
Feelaxo aims to provide reliable service:
- Uptime: 99% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and factors beyond our control such as internet or hosting provider outages).
- Response Time: Support tickets acknowledged within 4 business hours, resolution targets based on severity.
- Technical Support: Available via email, chat, or phone during standard business hours ([10:00Am–18:00 IST, Monday–Friday)
- Service Modifications
- We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
- We keep updating our products time to time with new features
- We may charge for new features and will be updated on or website
- Term & Termination
- These Terms apply from the date of subscription and remain effective until cancelled by either party.
- You may terminate by providing 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Feelaxo may terminate for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use.
- Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, and your data will be retained for 7 days for export before secure deletion. We will not be responsible of your data loss after 7 days.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feelaxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid for the month in which the claim arose.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feelaxo, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of Meta policies, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved first through good faith negotiation, failing which they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, MH.
WhatsApp Business Verification, Messaging & Billing Disclaimer
- Feelaxo provides tools and assistance for integrating WhatsApp Business messaging into your account and may guide you through Meta (WhatsApp) Business verification.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (not Feelaxo) controls approval, pricing, billing, and policies for WhatsApp Business services.
- All messaging and marketing costs (including per-message rates, conversation charges, or any other WhatsApp API usage fees) are payable by the Business directly to Meta or its authorized billing partners.
- WhatsApp pricing is subject to change at Meta’s discretion. You can view the latest rates and updates on Meta’s official website: https://business.whatsapp.com/products/platform-pricing
- Feelaxo does not collect, control, or guarantee any WhatsApp-related billing or charges.
- Any disputes, billing issues, overcharges, refunds, or account suspensions relating to WhatsApp Business services must be addressed directly with Meta or its billing partners.
- Feelaxo is not responsible for:
- Pricing changes or billing disputes from Meta.
- Service interruptions, policy enforcement, or account suspensions imposed by Meta.
- Losses arising from your business’s violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service, superseding all prior communications or agreements.
